My First Maternity Wear Purchase

Phil and I took major advantage of having Good Friday off. The weather was amazing so we spent most of it outdoors and around town. One of the things we did was to finally stop in to one of the maternity and baby shops in Wilmington, Peanut Butter and Jelly. They're a little pricey, but they do have great stuff and it was fun to look around. It was a definite reminder that we have a long road ahead and so much to think about and prepare for!

And I made my first maternity wear purchase! It's a BellaBand and it's basically supposed to help me transition from my regular pants to maternity pants. I don't need maternity pants quite yet. My regular jeans fit fine...until about late afternoon! So this band lets me get a little more comfy in my regular jeans by being able to do some unbuttoning while still keeping my pants up and smoothed out. I'm going to stop before I start to sound like a commercial for these things, but it was exciting to make my first pregnancy purchase.
